Job Summary

The Compensation Analyst performs various function in support of WFS compensation programs by administering compensation related tasks and contributing to the overall compensation strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining regular reports, trackers and databases

Actively contribute to building new reports, trackers and databases related to HR

Administration and Compensation

Responsible for notifying HRIS, AOD and/or Payroll of data discrepancies

Assist with Compensation projects and special reports

Responsible for the maintenance of the job description repository

Responsible for the administration of new job title requests

Ensures that the company adheres to Federal, State, City, Port Authority laws, including reporting requirements

Responsible for providing market data and internal equity reporting
