Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and coordination of the social media agency responsible for content creation, the rollout of the content calendar, and community engagement (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok).
- Monitor moderation of messages received on Ubigi’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) and oversee e-reputation monitoring using Talkwalker (Reddit, forums).
- Manage relationships with influencers, influencer agencies and affiliate partners.
- Participate in the deployment of the digital marketing plan (ideation of campaigns based on key moments and travel periods for different nationalities) across various channels (website, social media, advertising campaigns).
- Contribute to monthly reporting for the marketing leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in digital marketing, communications, journalism, media, business or equivalent
- A first experience (internship, work-study, or first job) in community management or digital marketing is preferred
- Fluent in French with a good command of English (knowledge of Spanish, German or Japanese is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for digital marketing and awareness of emerging technologies and e-commerce trends
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and across all levels of the organization
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to business needs
- Strong analytical skills
