Job Description

In support of the growth of its brands in France (Business Immo, BureauxLocaux, CoStar, LoopNet), CoStar Group seeks a Community Manager Intern to strengthen its communication and marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the Communications & Marketing France team.
• Participate in the social‑media editorial strategy of CoStar Group brands in France.
• Write and schedule content (mainly LinkedIn posts).
• Animate communities and monitor conversations in the commercial‑real‑estate sector.
• Promote events, studies, corporate news and products.
• Benchmark competitors and best social‑media practices (B2B).
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) and produce reports.

Qualifications

• Student in communication, digital marketing, media or business school.
• Strong interest in social media and brand communication.
• Excellent French; good English (international environment).
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Curious, meticulous, organized and proactive.
• Interest in real estate, economics or B2B is a plus.
