Community Manager
We are looking for our future Community Manager.
Role Description
- Act as the "ears" of the brand in the market: monitor conversations, identify trends, and spot reactive opportunities.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
- Create agile and trending content ("Reactive Content").
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Community Management or content creation.
- A "digital native" who lives and breathes social platforms.
- Full proficiency in TikTok and Instagram.
- Mobile video creation.
- Informal and relatable copywriting style.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Additional languages and previous experience with P&G or in the Baby Care category will be highly valued.
