Based in our Paris office, your mission is to design, implement, and optimize scalable programs that ensure freelancer readiness and drive long-term engagement. You will be the architect of programs that turn freelancers into loyal brand advocates. \n Key responsibilities ✨\n\nDesign and execute high-impact programs (like Super Malter) to boost freelancer engagement and platform loyalty. Amplify our brand voice by identifying and nurturing a network of influential \"Ambassadors\" within the community.
