Your contribution will be
- Answering and processing in a personalised way the inbound messages coming by email, mail and phone from our supporters and donors
- Managing the community on social media related to fundraising campaigns, answering questions and ensuring comments fit with our guidelines
- Supporting the development of engaging content and French translation for online and offline fundraising campaigns
- Performing day-to-day administration of the database and payment gateway, ensuring supporter requests are handled and recorded accordingly
- Handling administrative tasks for the department, such as invoice tracking
- Providing support to other upcoming projects if needed
Your profile ideally illustrates
- First experience in fundraising, marketing or communication
- Experience engaging the community and supporters
- Experience in the delivery of quality supporter engagement and community management
- Experience in using CRM databases
- Proficient in French, in speaking, reading and writing, and advanced level in English
- Good knowledge of the nonprofit/animal welfare sector in France
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including complaint handling
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and strong organisational skills
- Motivated team player with a high degree of flexibility
- Very good MS Office skills
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission

- The yearly gross salary range for this position is 43,000 - 46,500 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 12 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
