Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and part of the Infront Sports & Media group, HBS offers the full spectrum of host broadcast operations and services—combining technological innovation with deep industry expertise to set the benchmark in live sports broadcasting.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves storytelling, works confidently across the full production process, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

You will play a key role in creating engaging video and visual content that supports HBS’ corporate communications. From filming interviews and behind‑the‑scenes content to editing polished corporate films and social media pieces, you will be trusted to take ideas from concept through to final delivery.

Based in Paris, France—hybrid working with 3 days in office / 2 days WFH.

Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

Key responsibilities include:

• Capturing interviews and behind‑the‑scenes content with HBS staff
• Editing third‑party event footage, corporate‑style films, and selected social‑first content
• Creating basic motion graphics title sequences and integrating them into edits
• Maintaining and organising content within HBS’ Media Asset Management (MAM) system
• Photographing new staff for corporate profile images and maintaining the photo archive

What we’re looking for:

• Motion graphics skills and an understanding of visual branding
• Creative flair with strong storytelling instincts
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team
