Group Communications Manager
Location: 64 rue de Rome, 75008 Paris. Start date: As soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Outreach, Public Relations & Agency Management
- PR Agency Management: Act as the main daily point of contact for our PR agency, Pascale Venot; define priorities, coordinate press launches, monitor clippings, and maximize media coverage for the group.
- External Communication: Build and execute a strong global external communication strategy to promote our expertise, international projects, and executive leadership.
- Internal Communication: Foster connection and alignment across our Paris, Shanghai, and New York offices; design and distribute internal updates to share agency news, wins, and creative inspirations.
- Content Creation & Newsletters
- Newsletters: Own the entire newsletter strategy (internal and external); curate content, write copy, design templates, and handle the distribution and analytics to engage our clients, partners, and teams.
- Post-Production & Copywriting: Oversee the creation of high-end communication materials (case studies, social media assets, and press releases); ensure everything aligns with our premium brand voice.
- Monitoring & Management
- Brand Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the group’s graphic and brand guidelines across all markets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for PR campaigns, digital communication, and newsletter engagement; provide regular reports to board members.
Role Requirements & Bonus Skills
- Profile & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar 360° communication role, ideally within a creative agency, luxury brand, or design studio.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience piloting external PR agencies.
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro…).
- A sharp creative eye and a passion for art, retail, and design.
- Strong knowledge of CMS tools and CRM/digital marketing platforms (WordPress, Mailchimp, Mailjet).
