Purpose of the Request

The purpose of this brief is to identify a qualified Creative Technologist profile to support a Maison in the design and structuring of GenAI-enabled content production workflows for selected asset types that could be produced in-house. The mission will focus on the BUILD phase of the project, with the objective of translating strategic recommendations into concrete, usable workflows that can support a more flexible, cost‑efficient, and scalable content production model.

Project Context

The Maison is exploring the opportunity to internalize the production of selected content assets to increase flexibility, improve responsiveness to marketing needs, and reduce production costs where relevant.

This Opportunity Is Supported By Several Factors

• Initial GenAI tests have delivered encouraging results.
• A new set of products will require additional content assets.
• The Maison already has internal creative and production teams that could support part of this model.

As part of the broader initiative, the Maison is defining which assets are suitable for in‑house production and what operating model should support this ambition. External expert support is required to help design the GenAI workflows that will enable the selected use cases during the BUILD phase.

Work‑types include packshots, ingredients, textures and reformating.

Mission Objectives

• Translate business and creative requirements into practical GenAI‑enabled workflows for selected asset types.
• Support the design of workflows for the BUILD phase, including key steps, roles, dependencies, and outputs.
• Help identify what is feasible versus not feasible within the proposed in‑house production scope.
• Contribute to the definition of the workflow logic across:
  • Asset typologies.
  • Internal teams involved.
  • Required tools / material / setup.
  • Timing and sequencing of production steps.
• Help clarify the role of GenAI within the target production model, in a way that remains aligned with brand standards and creative expectations.
• Provide recommendations that are operationally realistic for Maison teams and compatible with future RUN requirements.

Profiles Requested

The Maison is looking for a senior profile combining creative sensitivity, workflow design capability, and hands‑on understanding of GenAI‑enabled content production.

Expected Profile Should Ideally Demonstrate

• Strong experience at the intersection of creative production, technology, and innovation.
• Proven ability to design or structure content creation workflows, ideally for marketing, luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium brands.

Experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or brand‑sensitive environments would be a strong plus.

Expected Deliverables

• Design of GenAI‑enabled workflows for the BUILD phase.
• Workflow recommendations by asset type, including key steps, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• Identification of workflow enablers and constraints, including tools, material, team setup, and production conditions.
• Contribution to the articulation between BUILD outputs and future RUN requirements.
