Job Overview

As a member of our commercial team, you will be supervised by the Sales Manager and will focus on proactive prospecting and closing contracts for our discounted 1 EUR loft insulation offer, available to all homeowners without income conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients within a 1.5–2 hour radius of our agency.
• Present and sell our unique all‑in‑one loft insulation solution, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update accurate client records and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with field teams of blow‑down contractors to schedule and oversee interventions.
• Diligently track and grow your territory’s revenue, upholding the company’s professional image.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s licence (Permis B) required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when homeowners are available.
