As Commercial Team Lead for Generics, you will drive profitable growth across both existing and new molecules within the hospital and retail landscape. Leading a high‑performing and engaged team, you will maximize market share for differentiated products, including newly launched therapies, while identifying new business opportunities through strong hospital networks and industry partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping both organic and inorganic growth by contributing to pricing strategies, tender optimisation, and in‑/out‑licensing opportunities. Combining commercial acumen with hands‑on leadership, you will foster team development, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure competitive positioning beyond price through value‑driven solutions and service excellence.
Areas of Responsibility
- Work with a highly engaged and qualified team to generate substantial profitable growth both in existing and new molecules in the hospital and retail arena.
- Maximize market share for newly launched differentiating products with high potential that sometimes need promotion.
- Leverage a broad network with hospitals to gather product ideas by understanding customer needs.
- Collaborate with other pharmaceutical companies to supply in‑/out‑licensing opportunities, build business cases, and monitor competitive intelligence.
- Contribute to organic and inorganic growth; optimise pricing within regulatory constraints for regional tenders, private customers, or price requests.
- Drive differentiation beyond price through supply reliability and value services.
- Manage and develop the existing high‑performing team:
- National KAM responsible for visiting national and regional purchase organisations and main hospital pharmacists.
- Tender and customer service manager.
- B2B and complex generic director.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Preparedness to travel, mainly locally.

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in management.
