Commercial Service et Maintenance
Sur la base des activités confiées par sa hiérarchie, le(la) commercial(e) S&M s’assure du développement commercial et des ventes de son secteur (contrats de maintenance, réalisations de travaux, prestations de maintenance, pièces de rechange). Il(elle) anime, suit et développe le portefeuille client de son secteur, sur la base de la politique commerciale définie par la direction.
Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE On the basis of the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the S&M sales representative is responsible for the commercial development and sales of his/her sector (maintenance contracts, work carried out, maintenance services, spare parts). He/she leads, monitors and develops the customer portfolio in his/her sector, based on the sales policy defined by management.
Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
- Business development - Develop customer loyalty and sales in the area (customer visits, promotion of offers, portfolio management, etc.)
- Business development - Analyze the market and monitor the competition in order to identify new new opportunities (markets, customers, technologies, etc.)
- Business development - Identify customer needs and propose an appropriate solution, while ensuring that the risks inherent in the service requested are properly managed
- Business development - Follow-up with customers, and negotiate offers both technically and financially in compliance with the company's procedures and conditions
- Business development - Manage your sector and work cross-functionally with all stakeholders
- Business development - Develop knowledge of the network of service providers, subcontractors and suppliers in your sector
- Business development - Advise sales teams on new equipment sales or used
- Production of commercial offers - Negotiate commercial and technical offers, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (quotations, costings, bids, etc.)
- Production of commercial offers - Respond to calls for tender in your sector
- Production of commercial offers - Draw up quotations, costings, contract proposals, etc. contract renewals
- Production of commercial offers - Enter opportunities and actions (sales proposals, visit reports, etc.) into business tools
Sales follow-up
- Search for financing solutions
- Transmit sales data to stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the deal and the work
- Lead the project kick-off meeting and validate the meeting minutes
- Contribute to the resolution of customer disputes and the collection of accounts receivable, in collaboration with internal stakeholders

- Ensure sales development in your sector
- Ensure the follow-up and achievement of sales objectives in the sector
- Ensure the quality of data entered into business tools
- Contribute to the management of commercial disputes and collections in the sector

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) Bac +2 to Bac +3 level in a commercial field and/or 3 years preferred significant experience
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s)
- General commercial knowledge (sales, negotiation, customer relations, etc.)
