Ton rôle au sein de l'équipe
- Prospect actively (by phone, e‑mail, inbound/outbound) to promote our solutions.
- Manage incoming leads interested in our offers.
- Qualify prospects: understand their needs and propose the appropriate solution.
- Provide a remote demo of our software: pitch clearly, convincingly, and articulate the added value.
- Handle the complete sales cycle: follow‑ups, negotiations, closing, and retention.
You will receive training, coaching, and challenges. Each day brings new prospects and new deals.
Ce qu’on recherche chez toi
- Graduate with a bac+2 to bac+5 in commerce and at least 2 years of commercial experience.
- Have the drive to pick up the phone and seize every opportunity to contact new clients.
- Be driven by a challenger spirit, always ready to exceed your objectives.
- Be dynamic, enthusiastic, with a team spirit and a desire to grow with a fast‑growing company.
Package
- 100 % seated role, 35 hours per week over 4.5 days, no weekend work.
- Compensation: fixed plus an uncapped variable that directly rewards results. Starting base 2 100 € gross guaranteed for the first three months.
- Bonus: participation bonus and a cooptation program with a key bonus.
