Commercial Sales Partner / Market GM
We seek a dynamic senior sales profile (ideally based in Paris) to lead commercial and execution across the French‑speaking market. The role includes B2B enterprise sales, account and market management, and the development of new regional strategies.

- Consulting, operations/events, HR, or launch experience highly regarded.
- Strong HR or enterprise network knowledge.
- Fluent in French; conversational English; additional languages a bonus.
- Comfortable with commission plus equity model (not a salaried role).
Compensation
Immediate commission on closed business plus equity with standard vesting and cliff for the right senior partner.

Requirements
- Paris‑based senior B2B enterprise sales profile.
- Comfortable leading commercial functions across Europe in a launch‑stage context.
- Fluent French and English; additional languages bonus.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, proactive, people‑oriented, and empathetic.
- International experience preferred.
- Familiar with commission plus equity model.
- Immediate commission on closed business.

- Founding‑level scope (VP/CCO/GM track): build regional sales.
