Commercial Product Lead — Growth, Markets & Distributors

Calyxia is seeking a Product Manager to act as a commercial engine for the CalyShield platform, driving new customer acquisition and enabling distributor networks. You will own the product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and manage the full evaluation-to-order cycle across adhesives, coatings, and related materials.

The role requires a hands-on, high-energy commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering repeatable revenue growth in complex markets.
