As Commercial Operations Manager for France, you will drive commercial excellence across the market and play a key role in shaping the Diabetes Care EMEA strategy. Leveraging internal and external data, you’ll deliver actionable insights that inform decision‑making and fuel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and build the strategy on how to support the Commercial Leaders within the cluster to lead their regions to success by providing insights into data trends, KPIs in alignment with business needs and guidance and support on planning sales revenues and targets
  • Implement streamlined and consistent processes and analytics across the cluster
  • Create presentations using data and graphs supporting the storyline
  • Create business cases for new business opportunities, and support the Country General Managers in strategy development and business opportunity identification
  • Build networks within the Commercial Excellence team in EMEA, International and Global
  • Develop, analyze and report key performance indicators in HealthCloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Define local and regional Sales Force Effectiveness Programs together with the CGM/CBL to optimize the impact of our sales teams and to increase our SoC
  • Develop and grow the regional business analyst team to support the CGM/CBL with customer and market analysis, forecasting, productivity analysis, and KPI review
  • Develop, analyze, and report key performance indicators of pan‑European customers and contribute to the implementation of the strategy
  • Define and roll out a consistent process and plan on the Sales Incentive Plan for the Commercial team across the cluster
  • Oversee the local demand forecasting and planning process
  • Oversee the monthly Insight Health data analysis for Share of Category and Market development
  • Oversee local Sales Incentive Plan calculations and tracking
  • Support the Marketing team to assess impact of campaigns and materials
  • Deliver business planning (AOP, LRP), KPI development and measurement, commercial dashboard monthly reviews, customer demand generation modeling and forecasting (LBE and on a top customer level)

Experience & Education

  • Strong academic record with a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, natural science, mathematics or any other analytical studies. Additional qualifications in Health Care will be an advantage.
  • At least 5+ years working experience in similar positions in either the MedTech or Pharma industry; Diabetes Market knowledge is highly appreciated.
  • Experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager is desirable. Experience in working with SalesForce.Com and IMS / Insight Health Data is a must have.
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken); French is highly desirable, and additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to coach and develop the responsible team members to self‑dependently drive their respective regions as Business Analysts.
  • Very strong analytical skills paired with excellent presentation and communication skills to translate data into action.
  • Personal accountability for business results & customer focus.
  • Think and act beyond current role with support of overall goals.
  • Entrepreneurship and business acumen; showing a winning attitude and commitment.

  • Self‑starter with a sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
