Commercial Manager

We help brands evaluate new markets, develop new categories, and identify strategic growth opportunities while protecting long-term brand value.

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager based in Paris to support collaboration with French and European fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.

The role is suited to commercially minded professionals who understand luxury brand ecosystems, business development, market opportunities, and how brands expand into new categories and regions.

This position focuses on identifying promising brands, evaluating commercial opportunities, and supporting strategic growth discussions.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities with French and European fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, commercial teams, and brand stakeholders.
• Evaluate potential market expansion and category development opportunities.
• Support discussions around strategic partnerships and business models.
• Analyze brand positioning, market potential, and commercial fit.
• Provide insights into French luxury and consumer-brand ecosystems.
• Support opportunity evaluation and project development.
• Maintain long-term relationships with selected brands and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management, business development, sales, account management, consulting, or brand growth.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or premium consumer industries is preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Understanding of luxury brand positioning and market development.
• Experience working with European brands is an advantage.
