Yibi Hantang is the brand growth and strategic partnership platform of Yibi Group, focused on helping international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands explore their next growth opportunity in the China market.
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to support brand partnership development, market entry projects, and commercial execution for global brands entering or expanding in China.
This role is suitable for someone who understands both brand value and business results. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with international partners, developing commercial proposals, coordinating internal and external resources, and turning strategic opportunities into executable projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential brand partnership opportunities in fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, and premium consumer sectors.
- Support communication with international brands, agencies, consultants, and commercial partners.
- Prepare business proposals, market research, cooperation plans, and presentation materials.
- Work with internal teams on product direction, channel strategy, pricing logic, and go-to-market planning.
- Coordinate with external partners, including e-commerce teams, distributors, content partners, and service providers.
- Follow up on project progress from initial discussion to commercial execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights in China’s lifestyle and premium consumer market.
- Support long-term relationship management with brand partners and commercial stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, commercial management, brand partnerships, sales, or market development.
- Background in fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, luxury, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, commercial models, and China market channels.
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Able to prepare clear business documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Fluent English communication skills are preferred.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing business environment.
