Commercial Management and Administration Services Officer (mwd)

Your role

• You support Commercial Management with administrative and accounting tasks as well as advisory activities
• You assist with contracts involving customers and service providers, including energy sales agreements
• In day-to-day operations, you ensure accurate and timely invoicing and settlements
• You actively contribute to asset management activities and special projects while supporting the CMA team
• Accounting processes, cash flow monitoring and financial reporting are part of your responsibilities, with a focus on compliance with relevant policies
• When interacting with stakeholders, you contribute to documentation and client reporting

Your expertise

• You have gained initial professional experience in administration, accounting or Commercial Management
• Experience with electricity purchase and sales contracts is an advantage, ideally gained in the wind, solar, energy or infrastructure sector
• You are confident using Microsoft 365 applications and ideally have previous experience with SAP
• Your working style is characterised by reliability, diligence and a strong team spirit
• A strong command of French and English enables you to communicate confidently and professionally in your day-to-day work
