Commercial Lines Director: Remote Leadership & Strategy

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations from a fully remote setting. You will partner with Divisional and Regional leaders to drive workflow standardization, scalability, and superior client service while supporting M&A integration and strategic initiatives.

The role requires a 5–7+ year track record in commercial lines leadership within a large broker/agency, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
