- Completed product development
- Built 6 SKUs (3 hydration, 3 energy)
- Established a strong brand platform and elite athlete credibility
Preparing for market launch in June 2026, with initial focus on France, the UK, and the US.
The Role
We are looking for a Commercial Lead – France to lead our sales launch and retail execution.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, responsible for driving sales distribution, velocity, and execution across modern grocery retail and e-commerce. The role has strong international exposure and requires daily collaboration with stakeholders outside France.
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to turn brand momentum into sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Launch
- Execute our go-to-market strategy for hydration and energy across France, UK, and US
- Lead market launch planning : pricing, pack architecture, promo mechanics, and channel prioritisation
- Build the commercial roadmap from first listings → national rollout → international expansion
Retail & Key Accounts (France & International)
- Own relationships and negotiations with major French retailers (e.g. Carrefour)
- Lead annual negotiations and launch discussions
- Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Negotiate listings, pricing, promotions, and in-store visibility
Sales Execution & Launch
- Drive sell-in of the range and manage sell-out performance
- Track distribution, availability, rate of sale, and promotional ROI
- Ensure strong in-store execution via field teams or external partners
E-commerce & Pure Players
- Contribute to the development of Amazon and other pure-player accounts
- Support online promotions, content optimisation, and availability
Coordination & Reporting
- Own sales forecasting and performance reporting
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and leadership, in English and French
- Provide clear market feedback to inform pricing, packs, and launch strategy

- Successful market launch across priority channels
- National listings secured in France, with momentum building in UK and US
- Strong on-shelf execution and early repeat velocity
- Amazon and e-commerce contributing meaningful, profitable growth
- A clear, scalable sales playbook ready for the next phase of growth
The Ideal Profile
Experience
- 5–10years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally within beverages, or functional drinks
- Proven track record managing national retail accounts in France
- Direct Carrefour experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to e-commerce / Amazon is a plus
Languages (mandatory)
- Fluent French (native or bilingual)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — English will be used daily with founders, partners, and international stakeholders
Skills & Mindset
- Strong negotiator with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable operating in a startup / brand-launch environment
- Highly autonomous, structured, and pragmatic
- Able to deliver with limited resources and high expectations
- Interest in health, sport, performance, or functional nutrition is a plus
Compensation & Structure (indicative)
- Base salary: €50,000 – €70,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
- Bonus: performance-based
- Flexible structure possible (full-time or part-time transition)
