Position: Associate Manager, Sales Account Management

Location: Paris, France

Contract: Full time, permanent

Function: Sales

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operating budget for your accounts.
  • Be resourceful and employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value, gross margin and volume targets for your customers.
  • Manage the trade terms, agreements, price increases and promotional plans.
  • Manage and maintain a bottom‑up plan and provide clarity to the leadership team on an on‑going basis.
  • Develop commercial solutions to issues and ensure stretching targets are set with clear rationales as to growth levers and execution plans.
  • Drive retailer relationships to the next level and keep customers happy operationally while delivering competitive advantage for LSB in your accounts.
  • Build compelling stories and sell with impact, building sustainable distribution, sales and profitability of existing and new product lines within the customer.
  • Leverage deep customer understanding, market and consumer insight for your biggest accounts.
  • Lead analysis of data sources, working with the category team to develop the account strategy on communication and execution.
  • Collaborate with supply chain on the forecast, using data analysis and collaborative work to deliver planned sales in line with the monthly forecast.
  • Develop a spend‑savvy promotional plan for your customers.
  • Determine key activity moments and experiment with new mechanics using commercial and category insights.
  • Serve as an Ecover + Method role model and advocate internally and externally.
  • Position our brands as differentiated and value‑driven to support our premium positioning and drive green category value.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in FMCG, including a strong track record in Account Management.
  • Fluent in French and English, confident managing relationships in an international environment.
  • Proven experience owning account P&Ls and leading annual negotiations, delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
  • A highly commercial, data‑driven mindset, comfortable leveraging insights across both sales and trade marketing.
  • A proactive, self‑starter attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into action with pace and impact.
  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders from day one.
  • Confident creating compelling, insight‑led presentations that tell a clear story and drive results.
  • Advanced numerical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
  • A growth‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset — curious, resilient and always pushing for better outcomes.
  • A creative, solutions‑focused approach, willing to test, learn and adapt quickly to drive brand and customer success.
