Field Sales Representative (Construction/Mobility/Industry)
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our sales team and drive innovation and growth in the construction, mobility, and industry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, close deals and execute all sales‑related activities.
- Manage and grow the customer portfolio to enhance market penetration and increase share‑of‑wallet.
- Facilitate omnichannel sales steering by allocating contacts to alternative channels.
- Identify high‑potential customers, prepare and conduct in‑person visits, and manage follow‑up work.
- Promote application‑based selling and position Berner as a premium brand and reliable business consultant.
- Handle objections, delivery/quality claims and negotiate terms and conditions while actively managing margin.
- Maintain data quality in customer cards and interaction reports.
- Adhere to tour plans and contact schemes.
- Analyze and influence sales KPIs—especially sales/turnover across all channels.
- Report regularly to senior management, align action plans and ensure delivery of sales targets and budgets.
Shared Accountabilities
- Roll out pricing concepts, margin impact, and brand positioning as part of the yearly plan.
- Align annual operational targets and sales plans with the district manager.
- Support sales teams—including alternative channels—to achieve performance by sharing customer insights and aligning priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the selling partner to achieve shared goals.
