Description of the role
- Make estimation appointment calls for our clients, real‑estate agencies.
- Leverage provided lists of warm contacts rather than cold‑calling.
- Track follow‑up with agencies to confirm if appointments turn into sales.
- Assist prospects in financing, a recently developed service.
- Generate maximum prospects.
- Manage sales funnel in the CRM.
- Set up email and phone call campaigns.
- Create tailor‑made commercial proposals.
- Run client meetings and present our offer.
- Take on additional responsibilities as confidence grows.
Qualifications
- Comfortable picking up the phone and arranging appointments.
- Fast learner, able to adapt quickly.
- Responsible with ability to manage own projects.
- Team player.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented.
- Empathetic and a good listener.
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
