As a Commercial graduate on our Early Careers Programme, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping Belron’s success. You’ll contribute to maintaining our position as the global market leader, whilst ensuring, quality, efficiency, and service remain at the heart of our technicians’ work.

What will I be doing?

Working in our Commercial Function, you’ll work closely with our group and business unit sales teams, contributing to the growth of our key accounts. You will support strategic initiatives such as optimising pricing models, managing our product portfolio, and strengthening relationships with major customers, helping to drive sustainable business success.

Some teams you could be working in include:

• Strategic vision and plans – You’ll help shape commercial strategies that keep us ahead of the market. From analysing data to supporting pricing, product, and growth plans, you’ll work on real business challenges that influence when and how we act to stay competitive.
• Negotiation – You’ll support the management of key client relationships across insurance, fleet, and leasing. This includes preparing commercial proposals, contributing to negotiations, and helping build long‑term partnerships that drive value for both our clients and the business.
• Customer satisfaction - You’ll work closely with operational teams to understand customer performance and feedback, helping turn insight into action. Your work will directly support improving service quality and ensuring our B2B and B2B2C customers receive a consistently great experience.

Who we’re looking for

You must have (or expect to obtain) a master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a specialisation in sales or strategy.

You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas. We also look for people who are aligned to our values: collaborative, driven, caring and genuine.

Some other key qualities we look for include

• Clear and concise communication, including active listening and open dialogue
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Have a strong desire to work seamlessly with diverse teams towards common goals
