Aussonne, Haute-Garonne, France## **Commercial Finance Leader will drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. This role requires a deep understanding of financial metrics, business drivers, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities****Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:**

• Lead the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial trends, performance metrics, and key business drivers to provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business goals.**Financial Analysis and Reporting**
• Prepare and deliver monthly and annual management reports and dashboards.
• Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, identifying key drivers and actionable insights.**Strategic Support**
• Provide financial modeling and decision support for business cases, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Support the leadership team in scenario planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.**Process Improvement**
• Optimize financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging tools and systems to improve efficiency.
• Implement best practices in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.**Stakeholder Engagement**
• Act as a financial business partner to various departments, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional or global finance teams to align on financial goals and processes.**Job requirements**
• Native French and fluent English is a must
• 5-10 years’ experience in finance. Prefered with at least 1-3 yers experience in a leadership position with people responsibilities
• Experience in Agriculture/Pharma, Technology or FMCG industries will be an advantage.
• Accounting/Finance Degree with a professional qualification in accounting / analysis or MBA Finance. Deep understanding of Share Holder Value creation and elements of ROIC
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have worked in an ERP environment – e.g. SAP, Oracle
• Must be capable and willing to work in an unstructured environment typically associated with start-ups / new companies.
• A high level of Ethics, Compliance and Fiduciary mindset along with an attitude of collaboration, Respect for People, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and safety

• Fournir des modèles financiers et un support décisionnel pour les business cases, les opportunités d’investissement et les initiatives stratégiques.
• Accompagner l’équipe dirigeante dans la planification de scénarios, l’évaluation des risques et les stratégies de mitigation.**Amélioration des Processus :**
• Optimiser les processus de planification et de reporting financier en utilisant des outils et systèmes pour améliorer l’efficacité.
• Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière d’analyse de données et de modélisation financière.
• Garantir la conformité avec les contrôles internes et les politiques de l’entreprise.**Engagement des Parties Prenantes :**
• Agir en tant que partenaire financier auprès des différents départements, en fournissant des analyses et recommandations.
• Collaborer avec les équipes financières régionales ou globales pour harmoniser les objectifs et processus financiers.### **Exigences du poste**
• Français natif et anglais courant **indispensables**.
• 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en finance, dont idéalement 1 à 3 ans dans un poste de leadership avec responsabilités managériales.
• Une expérience dans les secteurs Agriculture/Pharma, Technologie ou FMCG est un atout.
• Diplôme en Comptabilité/Finance avec une qualification professionnelle en comptabilité/analyse ou MBA Finance. Compréhension approfondie de la création de valeur pour l’actionnaire et des éléments du ROIC.
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Expérience dans un environnement ERP (ex. SAP, Oracle).
• Capacité et volonté de travailler dans un environnement non structuré, typique des start-ups/nouvelles entreprises.
• Haut niveau d’éthique, de conformité et sens fiduciaire, associé à une attitude collaborative, respect des personnes, inclusion, diversité & équité et sécurité.
