Commercial Finance Director

We are recruiting a commercial FD for a PE backed business based in Paris for an 18 month contract during a time of change and transformation. There is a lot to do in this fast paced and dynamic commercial finance environment. You will act as a key finance business partner to the SVP Regional director , be responsible for all finance reporting and planning and analysis on actual performance. You will be key in driving strategies for margin improvement and sales growth. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate internal and financial control within your region and develop and mentor a high performing finance team.

The successful candidate will have 15 plus years of finance leadership experience gained in an FMCG environment , you will be formally qualified CA or equivalent with a commercial remit and ownership of the p and l

This role also involves the steering of the team through transformation initiatives such as ERP implementation and movement to a SSC model. It would be helpful , though not essential if you have had some exposure to one or both of the above.
