Commercial Excellence & Planning Manager
Own the master plan for all change initiatives within the commercial organization, coordinating people, process, and tool updates across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the centralized change roadmap, ensuring alignment across all relevant functions and departments.
- Design and lead steering committees, producing executive-level reports on risks, blockers, and key decisions for the CRO.
- Align project timelines and track critical milestones to ensure complex changes are delivered without disrupting sales flow.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments such as Ops, Marketing, Finance, and HR to manage interdependencies.
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the transformation's impact on business performance.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or resource conflicts and propose structural solutions to leadership.
- Manage the intake point for ad-hoc change requests from other departments into the commercial organization.
Qualifications
- High-level education, ideally in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project or change management, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Strong command of project management methodologies to track milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to gather feedback and address resistance from the field quickly.
- Business acumen to connect transformation milestones directly to profit and loss impacts and revenue targets.
