- Design and implement innovative business solutions to maximize customer access to Abbott’s CRM portfolio.
- Provide **reporting and analysis** on all aspects of sales operations, leveraging market insights to influence area commercial strategy.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence and productivity.

- Proven know-how in Commercial Excellence areas (operations, performance management, KPI control, quality & training, SFE, compensation programs).
- Business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of leveraging market insights to shape commercial and marketing strategies.
