What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be a critical driver of safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Championing jobsite safety and contributing to proactive safety planning
Following and reinforcing all corporate safety guidelines
Proactively creating and managing punch lists
Upholding strict Quality Control standards across assigned projects
Preparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
Understanding our building systems and how they fit into the broader construction process
Maximizing productivity through strategic coordination and planning
Conducting quantitative takeoffs to validate estimates, support material orders, and evaluate change orders
Building and managing project schedules while collaborating closely with field supervisors and foremen
Overseeing labor control and making adjustments to drive profitability
Coordinating warranties, O&M documentation, and vendor selections
Supporting subcontractor buyout, issuing contracts, and managing subcontractor performance
Maintaining accurate job cost controls through monthly FAWs
Strengthening customer relationships and supporting branch goals through active Client Alignment participation\n\n

What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience (5 years preferred), ideally within construction
Experience with Insulated Metal Panels or Single Skin Panels is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Science (or equivalent experience)
Ability to quickly analyze information, identify risk, and steer projects toward optimal outcomes
Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
