Atlas RE Capital is an independent pan-European institutional real estate investment advisory and structuring platform. It designs, structures and steers strategies built on asset transformation, operational engineering and ESG integration, serving professional and institutional investors.

SKYLINE MARK ONE RAIF SCS

Acting as Investment Advisor, Atlas advises Skyline Mark One RAIF SCS, a Luxembourg multi-compartment fund with segregated liability:

  • C1 — NPL / Distressed (workout & recovery)
  • C3 — Core+ Hospitality (trophy income base, long-term horizon)

The fund is managed by the authorised AIFM Ocorian, with J.P. Morgan as depositary, GSK Stockmann as legal counsel and BDO as auditor. First closing under way.

A tight-knit team of 8 partners and 5 senior advisors, backed by first-tier institutional partners (Ocorian, J.P. Morgan, GSK Stockmann, BDO). The combined individual track records of the partners and Advisory Board, prior to Atlas, span more than €35bn of institutional portfolios, 40+ structured funds, 55+ countries and 10+ years of collaboration — now serving a platform entering its acceleration phase.

THE CONTEXT

The European institutional real estate market is entering a rare window of opportunity for agile, disciplined platforms. The company is currently opening its capital to qualified investors to fund its acceleration, and is creating a Commercial Director – Partner position to lead the execution of this raise from day one, alongside the platform’s overall capital raising and investor relations momentum.

THE MISSION

Reporting to the President and sitting on the executive committee, you take responsibility for business development across the platform’s two fundraising tracks:

  • Immediate priority — the corporate raise into the capital of Atlas RE Capital (private placement reserved for qualified investors, Art. L.411-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code), to fund the platform’s acceleration;
  • In parallel, ramping up progressively — the development of subscriptions into Skyline Mark One RAIF SCS from professional and institutional investors, within the regulatory framework defined with the AIFM Ocorian, which governs all marketing activities of the fund.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute the business development and fundraising strategy across the two tracks above.
  • Mobilise and grow a network of institutional investors, family offices, multi-family offices, private banks and professional investors.
  • Lead the full fundraising cycle: targeting, outreach, roadshows, investor due diligence, closing.
  • Identify and establish distribution partnerships (introducers, networks, platforms), in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
  • Contribute to the structuring and launch of new investment strategies.
  • Represent Atlas RE Capital with investors and partners.
  • Take part in governance and strategic direction, in line with the partnership terms.

THE PROFILE

  • Significant experience in fundraising, investor relations or placement, within asset management, real estate, private equity, private debt or alternative strategies.
  • Active, immediately actionable institutional network — a decisive criterion.
  • Proven track record of raising capital from professional and institutional investors.
  • Strong command of the AIFMD framework (fund distribution, pre‑marketing, passporting) and of private placement.
  • Experience raising at corporate / GP‑stakes level (opening the capital of management companies or investment platforms) a strong plus.
  • Entrepreneurial profile, at ease in a company under construction and in a co‑founding logic.
