Commercial Director Europe

A Swiss manufacturer of aesthetic injectables is seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial performance across Europe, with full responsibility for revenue delivery across direct markets and distributor networks.

This is a senior leadership role with clear accountability for growth, execution and market performance. You will operate at the centre of the European business, translating global strategy into consistent in market delivery, strengthening partner performance and driving revenue across a complex multi market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver European revenue targets across injectable products across direct markets and distributor networks
• Lead and develop a high performing commercial organisation across Europe, including country leadership, sales teams and distributor partners
• Manage and optimise distributor networks, improving partner performance, alignment and commercial outcomes
• Build and expand corporate account and clinic group relationships to increase penetration, revenue per account and long term commercial value
• Drive launch execution across Europe, ensuring strong in market performance and delivery against forecast
• Own pricing and commercial strategy across Europe, balancing growth, competitiveness and margin
• Establish clear performance management, forecasting and accountability across markets to ensure consistent delivery
• Ensure effective channel strategy across direct and distributor models, optimising coverage, control and efficiency

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within medical aesthetics or allied industries
• Strong experience in injectable aesthetics
• Track record of delivering revenue growth across multiple European markets
• Experience managing both direct sales organisations and distributor networks
• Demonstrated leadership of international teams
• Strong commercial judgement with clear focus on revenue and margin delivery
• Clear execution focus with ability to translate strategy into delivery
