Commercial Director – Women’s Health (MedTech)

Location: France – Field/Remote Based

Overview

Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing organisation within the women’s health MedTech sector, is seeking a Commercial Director to lead and scale their commercial operations across key markets.

This role is ideally suited to a senior commercial leader with a strong track record in healthcare or MedTech, and a passion for advancing technologies that improve outcomes across areas such as reproductive health, gynecology, maternal care, and pelvic health.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategy, expanding market presence, and building high-value partnerships to support sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the global commercial strategy across the women’s health portfolio.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies within women’s health.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and KOLs in women’s health.
• Drive revenue growth through effective leadership of commercial activities, including sales performance, market expansion, and pricing strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to commercial teams, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience within MedTech or healthcare, with significant exposure to women’s health (e.g., gynecology, fertility, maternal health, or pelvic health).
• Proven track record in a senior commercial role, with responsibility for driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong network and understanding of key stakeholders within the women’s health ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic commercial plans in complex healthcare markets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business (MBA or equivalent is advantageous).
• Fluency in French and English.
