Commercial Counsel, SaaS & AI Cybersecurity

Qevlar is seeking a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on commercial law to support an ambitious B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to structure, negotiate, and scale commercial contracts and related legal processes as the business grows.

You will own end-to-end contract management, enable go-to-market initiatives, and build scalable processes while balancing risk and speed in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French and English is required.
