Commercial Contracts Counsel — AI-Driven Sports Deals

ScorePlay, the AI-powered sports media infrastructure, seeks a Commercial Contracts Counsel to own contract negotiations, redlines and signatures. You will work directly with the General Counsel and act as the primary contact for Sales on contracts, across clubs, leagues, federations and broadcasters.

You will review MSAs, NDAs and DPAs, ensure terms match pricing and delivery, and help implement AI-driven efficiencies while expanding the compliance scope if desired.
