Responsabilités
- Represent the Group and its solutions and services to prospects, existing clients, and through networks of leaders (GIRONDINS / UBB RUGBY / BOXERS / BABC / BNI / PRIMROSE).
- Utilize contacts provided by the integrated teleprospection service for solution commercialization.
- Conduct prospecting activities to supplement your business.
- Collaborate with other specialized departments and invest in client retention and follow‑up.
- Help drive the company's growth and pursue promotion opportunities within the entity and the group.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in security or B2B leasing solution sales.
- Strong commercial motivation and appetite for prospecting/conquest.
- Permit B required.

Rémunération
Fixed base salary plus uncapped variable pay directly linked to results (average company: 70 K€ per year; from the first year: 45 K€ per year) and commercial challenges. Additionally, a quarterly bonus (average company: 6 K€ per year) and a share of the company's results (≈ 1.5 K€ per year). A model that rapidly evolves with performance.
