Overview

Join our lenses commercial team to drive growth and excitement in a niche market, helping companies adopt innovative safety eyewear solutions.

Responsibilities

After a 4‑week training, you will manage a sector with dual roles:

  • Commercial – working from home, you will commercialise and promote our solutions to B2B clients, drive sector development, and meet sales targets.
  • Technician – conduct optical measurements on users to fabricate personalised safety eyewear.
  • Educator – act as the primary contact for employees, promoting the use of personal protective equipment and demonstrating expertise in safety.

Qualifications

  • Proven commercial experience.
  • Strong motivation for a new challenge.
  • Dynamic and highly relational.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a good communicator.
  • Diploma in optician-lunetier or relevant optometry experience is a plus.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Salary: Gross annual total 35 000 – 55 000 € (fixed + uncapped variable), plus up to 1 000 € annual incentive, and an average of 1.3 months of bonus over 10 years.

Conditions of employment

Training: 4‑week induction, fully paid and covered (hotel, meals, travel).

Equipment: smartphone (unlimited data), laptop, Salesforce CRM, printer.

Team: dynamic commercial team with remote and on‑site manager support.

Recruitment Process

  1. Initial informal discussion via video or phone.
  2. Field interview with Regional Manager.
  3. Final interview with Head of Sales France and recruitment staff at headquarters.
