About the Role

As a Commercial Account Executive at Pagero France SAS, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and effectively presenting our product proposition to meet customer needs.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
  • Conduct thorough Customer Needs Assessments to understand client challenges and pain points, tailoring solutions that deliver clear value.
  • Develop and execute consultative selling strategies, guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers, fostering partnership development.
  • Effectively articulate Pagero’s Product Proposition, demonstrating how our web‑based technology optimizes Business Processes for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling Professional Presentations, showcasing the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leverage Sales Technology to manage CRM activities, track progress, and forecast sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to align strategies and support sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously seek new challenges and opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of success in opportunity creation and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform Customer Needs Assessments and articulate delivering value.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and navigating complex sales processes.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using sales technology and web‑based technology platforms.
  • Experience in partnership development is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and a fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them.
  • Fluent in French and English.
