International Business Developer – UK & Middle East (H/F).
Location: Marseille (regular international travel).
Contract: CDI – Temps plein (permanent full‑time).
Scope: United Kingdom, Middle East and other strategic English‑speaking markets.
Availability: immediately.

Doinsport is the leader in France for SaaS solutions dedicated to sports club management, with strong expertise in racket sports such as padel, tennis, squash and badminton. The company supports more than 1 000 partner clubs, 3 000 equipped courts and operates in more than 10 countries through an all‑in‑one platform that includes a white‑label mobile app, online booking, player and community management, subscriptions, loyalty programs, integrated payments, automated access and lighting, and multi‑site/group management.
Mission
Rapidly establish and grow Doinsport’s presence in the UK and Middle East, positioning the platform as the reference solution for clubs, groups and networks in these territories.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the commercial strategy for the UK & Middle East with the direction.
- Identify premium clubs, multisite networks and strategic actors.
- Actively prospect to create the first local references.
- Develop structuring partnerships with key actors: private groups, investors, club builders, sports operators, local federations and organizations.
- Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation, closing.
- Participate in international events and represent Doinsport.
- Build a solid network with market decision‑makers.
- Act as the voice of the market for the Product and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B commercial development.
- Strong hunter instinct and ability to create an independent pipeline.
- Experience in SaaS, Technology or Sports Business highly valued.
- Ability to sell to executives, investors and large accounts.
- Strategic partnership and development culture.
- Comfortable with complex and international sales cycles.
- High autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
Languages
English – fluent/bilingual, negotiational level. International experience or working in an English‑speaking environment highly appreciated.

Compensation
Attractive salary: fixed base plus uncapped variable based on performance.
