Within the Country Operational Marketing organization and reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Collision Segment Manager France drives portfolio performance, commercial enablement, and market relevance for the Collision & Allied segments within the Automotive Refinish business.

This role acts as a key business partner to the local Sales teams and as a connector with EMEA Product & Segment leadership, with the objective of maximizing growth, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

  • Act as the main marketing partner for the local Sales team, ensuring strong understanding of product value propositions and competitive positioning
  • Develop and maintain effective sales tools (presentations, technical-commercial materials, demo kits)
  • Support field activities including customer visits, demonstrations, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Drive adoption of commercial programs, promotions, and new product launches through structured training and communication

Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio to maximize sales, profitability, and competitiveness
  • Support new product launches and ensure effective market positioning
  • Identify underperforming or redundant SKUs and recommend improvements or rationalization
  • Act as the local product expert, supporting both technical and commercial topics

Pricing Management

  • Define and monitor price positioning based on competitive landscape
  • Manage pricing strategy to ensure profitability and alignment with market dynamics
  • Lead implementation of price increases and track their impact
  • Ensure consistency in pricing in collaboration with Sales Excellence and Analytics teams

Market Insights & Voice of Customer

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies across portfolio, pricing, and commercial initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities, unmet needs, and potential gaps in the offering
  • Monitor competitor actions and innovations to support strategic decision-making

Market Activation & Performance Tracking

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive growth and product adoption
  • Monitor business performance across segments and product lines, proposing corrective actions
  • Leverage market data and internal analytics to identify trends and opportunities

Demand Planning & Product Availability

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure product availability
  • Support demand forecasting using market insights and sales input

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing or product management, ideally in B2B or technical environments
  • Strong communication and training skills to effectively support Sales teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions
  • High autonomy, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced Excel skills and good command of digital/AI tools
  • Fluency in English
  • University degree required; Chemical Engineering, a related technical field or Business Administration is considered a plus
