Collibra Data Governance Support Consultant

Provide Level 3 technical support , configuration, and administration of the Collibra platform . The role includes managing metamodels , designing and optimizing workflows , integrating with internal systems, and supporting business entities in their integration and adoption of the platform .

Advanced Platform Administration

• Manage users, roles, groups, permissions, and domains .

• Maintain and evolve the metamodel .

• Monitor platform performance .

• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents (Level 3 support) .

• Ensure technical follow-up with the vendor when necessary.

Integration and Automation

• Integrate Collibra with internal systems.

• Configure and maintain connectors .

• Use Collibra REST APIs to automate processes.

• Develop Python scripts to automate metadata ingestion and updates .

• Configure and maintain workflows .

• Implement automation and continuous optimization mechanisms Example: automate loading of Collibra Insights data into CDH.
