Responsibilities
- Performance steering
- Prepare complex provisions for accounting
- Produce and analyze monthly reports
- Monitor business and financial KPIs
- Analyze trends and variances on the P&L
- Draft slides for business reviews
- Budgeting & forecasting
- During Q4 budgeting, manage operational requests related to processes (adjustments, data entry, controls)
- Monthly reforecast: oversee the process, centralize information flow and perform necessary checks
- Business partnering
- Support operational teams in understanding their numbers (executive committee, tech, sales, HR, etc.)
- Support decision-making through ad hoc analyses
- Help promote a financial culture within Gojob
- Tools & process transformation
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of tools (Pigment, OMNI)
- Automate reporting and reduce manual tasks
- Gradually reduce dependence on Excel/Gsheet files
- Contribute to data structuring and reliability
- Propose ideas for using AI within FP&A workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A or Audit/Transactions (minimum 3 years) with a strong degree of autonomy
- Willingness to commit to a scale-up environment
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Advanced Gsheet/Excel skills and a genuine interest in data and AI/automation topics
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders (including non-financial colleagues)
