NEXTEP HR, a recruitment agency, is searching for a Collaborateur social H/F for a client, a renowned accounting firm located in Troyes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a multi-convention portfolio;
• Preparing and issuing payroll;
• Data control (parameterisation, DSN);
• Establishing social declarations and liaising with social agencies;
• Administrative management of staff (drafting employment contracts, amendments, conventional terminations, dismissals);
• Communication, information and legal advice in social law.

Profil recherché

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an accounting firm.

Skills: You are autonomous, rigorous, versatile with the ability to integrate and work effectively in a team.
