This role is ideal for individuals who want to begin their IT career with hands‑on exposure, structured training, and enterprise‑level projects.

Key Responsibilities – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Write database queries and explain table relationships
• Perform CRUD operations and develop stored procedures
• Prepare and execute manual or automated test cases
• Analyze root causes and resolve service tickets
• Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
• Actively innovate and experiment within projects

Skills Required – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication
• Team collaboration and time management

Eligibility Criteria – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• 2024 or 2025 graduates of 3‑year UG degrees: BCA, BSc (CS/IT & allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics
• Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma (if applicable), and UG
• No arrears at the time of joining
• Willingness to work from any Cognizant location and shift

• Monitor production servers and manage incidents
• Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging & Cloud environments
• Follow SOPs, Runbooks, and security compliance standards
• Contribute to continuous service improvement (CSI)
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and mentor new hires
