Coating Operator - Sustainable Materials Manufacturing

UPM Adhesive Materials in Mills River, NC is seeking a Coating Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products and meeting customer specifications on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

You will work across production areas, support continuous improvement, monitor product quality, and handle materials with forklifts and reel movers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
