Coach Padel - H/F

Role Overview

UrbanPadel Lille Lesquin—a padel coach under the authority of the center manager and padel manager—will execute the padel practice program and may also handle reception, secretarial duties and customer service.

Location

UrbanPadel Lille Lesquin – 87 bis Rue Gustave Delory – 59810 Lesquin.

Contract

CDI Intermittent, 10‑20 hours per week, evening, day and weekend shifts.

Compensation

12 066 € gross + 6 €/hour for coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sports services with pedagogical and technical training.
• Teach padel fundamentals (gripping, footwork, volley, bandeja, smash, lob, etc.) and correct technical deficiencies.
• Coach tactical aspects—strategy, placement, shot selection, defense vs attack, game anticipation.
• Organize and communicate about group sessions, individual lessons and stages.
• Promote UrbanPadel activity and attract players.
• Manage customer behavior and maintain a professional environment.
• Oversee Proshop operations.
• Perform reception, clerical and customer service tasks.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability.
• Motivated, dynamic, rigorous, autonomous.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and commercial skills.
• Sportive mindset.
• Bac +3 (Licence STAPS or related sports management education preferred).
• Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office.
• Passionate about padel and football.
• Possessing or eligible for TPF PADEL certification.
• JAP (arbitrage judge).
