Co-Founder — Laser–Materials Processing / Materials Physics

You will lead the materials and process development side of the technology:

• Study and optimize laser–matter interaction mechanisms for materials;

• Develop and characterize functional materials suitable for our method printing (conductive, dielectric);

• Define and refine process parameters;

• Collaborate closely with the optics / electronics co-founder to integrate process insights into the printing system;

• Contribute to the design of experiments (DoE) and prototype validation cycles;

• Support IP development, publications, and potential industrial collaborations.

• Coordinate collaboration with chemical partners, labs, and universities.

• PhD in Materials Science, Applied Physics, Laser Processing, or Physical Chemistry ;

• Hands‑on experience with pulsed lasers (ns/ps/fs) as a plus ;

• Previous work in printed electronics as a plus .

• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a deep-tech startup in the Île‑de‑France ecosystem.
