Co-Founder — Laser–Materials Processing / Materials Physics
You will lead the materials and process development side of the technology:
Study and optimize laser–matter interaction mechanisms for materials;
Develop and characterize functional materials suitable for our method printing (conductive, dielectric);
Define and refine process parameters;
Collaborate closely with the optics / electronics co-founder to integrate process insights into the printing system;
Contribute to the design of experiments (DoE) and prototype validation cycles;
Support IP development, publications, and potential industrial collaborations.
Coordinate collaboration with chemical partners, labs, and universities.
PhD in Materials Science, Applied Physics, Laser Processing, or Physical Chemistry ;
Hands‑on experience with pulsed lasers (ns/ps/fs) as a plus ;
Previous work in printed electronics as a plus .
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a deep-tech startup in the Île‑de‑France ecosystem.
