THE COMPANY

• Early-stage, well-funded, with a highly experienced founding team (serial entrepreneurs and deep domain experts).
• Builds a decision intelligence platform that helps large enterprises optimize complex, high-stakes operational decisions.
• Already live in production with a major enterprise customer.
• Strong ambition: become the European reference in its category.

THE ROLE

You will own the technology vision and turn a powerful domain-expertise framework into an AI-first product.

• Define the tech and AI strategy: where AI, optimization and data create a lasting edge
• Stay hands-on: prototype fast, ship, iterate with customers
• Architect a scalable, secure, enterprise-grade platform
• Attract, hire and lead a top-tier tech team (engineering, AI/ML, data)
• Act as a true co-founder: product, fundraising, key customer conversations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A builder first: you have created products from 0 to 1 and you still love to code
• AI-native: hands-on experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-based products in production (optimization / operations research is a strong plus)
• Creativity and agility: you challenge the status quo and move fast in ambiguity
• Leadership and magnetism: top engineers want to follow you
• Comfortable with enterprise customers and complex business problems
• Experience as CTO, founding engineer, Head of AI or tech lead in a startup/scale-up
• Fluent English; French is a plus
