Co-Founder & Chief Analytics Officer
POVILENAS is a Paris-based label building at the intersection of technology and circularity. We design forward-thinking women's collections and are working to prove that innovation and environmental responsibility aren't trade-offs - they're the same project.
The Role
We're looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Analytics Officer to join our core team on a long-term, equity basis. You'll bring data and rigor to a brand built on creative instinct - turning market signals, customer behavior, and performance data into decisions that shape where POVILENAS goes next. This isn't an analytics function bolted onto a fashion house; it's a founding seat at the table.
What You'll Own
- Analytics & Insight - Lead data analysis, market research, and customer segmentation that inform strategic decisions across the business.
- Strategy - Translate data into action: brand performance, sales, and marketing strategy grounded in evidence, not guesswork.
- Growth - Identify and act on opportunities across sales and marketing, using analytics to sharpen customer engagement and acquisition.
- Market Intelligence - Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences to inform product and sustainability innovation.
- Team Building - Build and lead the analytics function as the company scales, setting the standard for how the team works with data.
- Stakeholder Alignment - Communicate insight and strategy clearly to partners, investors, and the founding team, keeping everyone aligned on where the brand is headed.
What We're Looking For
A strategic, hands-on operator with a strong analytical background, fluency in translating data into business decisions, and genuine excitement about building something from an early stage - someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a stakeholder conversation.
What You'll Get
- Equity - A meaningful ownership stake, tied directly to the brand's success.
- Real influence - This is a founding role. Your decisions shape the company’s direction, not just a department’s.
- Competitive compensation alongside your equity stake.
- A seat inside a builder's environment - creative, fast-moving, and unafraid of experimentation.
- Access - Direct exposure to industry professionals, investors, and stakeholders as the brand grows.
- Growth support - Conferences, workshops, and continued learning as part of the role.
