CMI Manager
As a Consumer Market Insights Manager, you will take part of the Consumer Market Insight activity in Western and Eastern Europe for our key international customers, by leading projects and providing consumer market insight expertise on a specific category of consumer products, in our Creative Center, near Paris.
Reporting to the CMI Associate Director, you will:Be at the heart of the fragrance creation: you will partner with Evaluation, Perfumers, Sales, Marketing and work closely on regional and cross-regional market research projects throughout the development cycle. You will be present at the different steps of the development process to have a good understanding of the project and better address consumer research/ CMI needs accordingly. Manage projects from A to Z: to reach the objectives, you will recommend the best methodology with your manager, define test timeline, support to set up the consumer tests, analyze test results and provide in depth interpretation of results (qualitative or quantitative) to guide fragrance development and selection but also marketing.
Coordinate test with market research agencies: you will be in charge of briefing agencies, choose the best one according to your objectives/ timing/ budget, work on questionnaires or discussion guides and check that the fieldwork goes smoothly from the recruitment process to the data delivery.
You?
Your professional profile includes:Advanced degree in Market Research, Food Science, Consumer Sciences, Biology or Business schools.6 years of experience in Consumer Insights in market research companies, FMCG companies or fragrance industry
Demonstrates knowledge and use of consumer testing techniques (both quantitative and qualitative fundamentals), methodologies, design, statistical approaches. Use of statistical software for analysis of research data (i.e. xlstat, R, SPSS…)Experience of having run consumer or product tests, ability to analyze data and produce reports
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at different stages, including logistic aspects
Presentation skills to clearly communicate consumer findings. Ability to transform data into actionable insights and inspiring stories
Fluency in French and English
